Amendment and Cancellation Policy
7.1. For cancellation, Green Kashmir will charge Rs. 250 per person per segment as standard
7.2. To amend /cancel your ticket offline, contact Green Kashmir customer care at +91-194-
2501702 For all offline cancellation of domestic flights a standard charge of Rs. 250 per person
per segment, over and above the airline’s own cancellation charge will apply. While for
international flight bookings a standard fee of Rs 500 per person would be charged, over and
above the airline’s own cancellation charge.
7.3. For rescheduling, Green Kashmir will charge Rs. 250 per person per segment as standard
7.4. Please refer to airline specific amendment and cancellation policy while using Green
Kashmir. You may be required to directly contact the nearest airline office (of the concerned
airline) to get your reservation canceled.
7.5. Cancellation and/or amendment of booking shall at all times be subject to
fees/charges/levies/payments as may be levied /payable to the relevant airline /carrier /Service
Provider in accordance with such relevant airline /carrier /Service Provider cancellation /refund
policy. Prior to booking tickets /Service, you must acquaint yourself with the relevant airline
/carrier /Service Provider cancellation /refund policy with respect to the booking made by you.
Any cancellation/amendment fees/charges/levies/payments levied by/payable to the relevant
airline /Service Provider shall be to your account.
7.6. Except to the extent stated in the individual airline/carrier/Service Provider terms and
conditions or otherwise applicable to specific tickets booked/issued, cancellation fee is payable
7.7. The customer must read individual airline /Service Provider specific terms and conditions in
order to find out if the ticket proposed to be booked/purchased is subject to any additional
cancellation fee or charge and Green Kashmir assumes no liability whatsoever in this regard.
Note: Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is mandatory to contact Green Kashmir for refunds
and the airline will not refund your tickets booked on the Website.
7.9. The above-mentioned cancellation process and refund processing time may vary. In a case of
lost or damaged tickets, the refund process cannot be initiated with the airline. The refund would be
through cheque or demand draft.
7.10. In case you avail of the Website's hotel reservation service and are, thereafter, not
contactable on the contact details provided in this regard, then the hotel reservation selected by
you will stand cancelled and Green Kashmir would not be liable for any charges/expenses
incurred by you, either directly or indirectly in this regard.
8. How do I get a refund after canceling my ticket /booking?
8.1. After canceling your booking, you will need to send us the paper ticket /voucher to the
following address: Green Kashmir Tours & Travels, Old Gagribal Road, Opp. Hotel Pine Grove,
Srinagar 190001, J& K India. On receiving the ticket /voucher, the refund shall be processed
within 30 days from the date of receipt.
8.2. I a case of e-Tickets and PTA, the refund shall be processed within 15 – 20 working days
from the date of the cancellation request being made. If we have received the payment through a
valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card. Payments made using any
other form of payment will be refunded by cheque within a maximum of 30 days from a the date of
receipt of the ticket.
8.3 Cancellation & Refund Policy: no show if for some reason you are unable to take travel – no refund will be applicable.
